Bringing the Flavors of mexico to Bay Shore


Since 2014, owners and brothers Anthony Tartaglia & Andrew Tartaglia have been channeling their experiences of travelling through southern Mexico into every dish & drink at Verde Kitchen & Cocktails. Our focus is on fresh, healthy and innovative modern Mexican food featuring local produce, humanely raised and hormone and steroid-free proteins, locally caught seafood, and additive free agave spirits.


Over the past 10 years we’ve carefully built what is now one of Long Island’s best Tequila & Mezcal selections. Our Tequila Bar is home to over 150 agave spirits which even includes some rare Bacanoras and Raicillas, when available. We no longer focus on quantity or eye-catching labels. What's most important to us is what's inside each and every bottle, how it's made, and where it comes from. Frequently travelling to Oaxaca and southern Mexico allows us to keep in touch with the different cultures and keep at the forefront of modern Mexican dining on Long Island.
