Welcome to Verde Kitchen & Cocktails, one of Long Island's most talked about Mexican restaurants since opening in Bay Shore in 2014. Owners Anthony Tartaglia & Andrew Tartaglia bring the best of their travels through southern Mexico back to Long Island. Verde specializes in creative Mexican food and specialty tequila & mezcal cocktails. Mexico City, central Oaxaca and the southern pacific coastline are where most of our inspirations originate from

• The 3,000 square foot restaurant has an urban-rustic decor with 40 seat live greenhouse as the main dining room. ‘The Greenhouse’ is home to over 50 varieties of herbs, peppers, and edible garnishes and serves as a year-round space for guests to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine on Long Island. During the day the space is open and airy and the smell of the herbs and live plants fill the room. At night, candle light flickers throughout the entire restaurant making Verde the perfect place for any occasion.
• Over the years we’ve carefully built what is now one of Long Island’s largest Tequila & Mezcal selections. Our Tequila Bar is home to over 150 agave spirits which even includes some rare Bacanoras and Raicillas, when available. Travelling to Mexico frequently allows us to keep in touch with the Mexican cultures and the cutting-edge food & beverage programs throughout the country.
